REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales are final.
Kununurra Race Club does not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased to any of our events, including in cases of:

• Change of mind

• Inclement weather

• Personal circumstances or inability to attend

• Event line-up, timing, or format changes

• Rescheduling or venue changes

Please ensure that you carefully review all event details before purchasing.

 

2. Ticketing Platform: Oztix

Tickets to Kununurra Race Club events are sold exclusively through Oztix. While Oztix processes the transactions, the refund and cancellation policy is determined by Kununurra Race Club.

All refund requests or event updates will be communicated via Oztix in accordance with this policy.

 

3. Event Cancellations

In the rare event that a Kununurra Race Club event is cancelled in full (i.e., not rescheduled or relocated), we will issue refunds through Oztix in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

In such cases:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing times may vary depending on Oztix and financial institutions

• Refunds will not include booking or transaction fees unless required by law

 

4. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, all existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless you are unable to attend the rescheduled event and the law requires it.

 

5. Consumer Law

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or other remedy if a major fault occurs that breaches your consumer rights.
